Growing up, we didn’t always have the money to hire professionals for these types of services, so we learned to do the work ourselves.

Today, serving on multiple condo boards across Toronto, we’ve seen firsthand how vendors often take advantage of the assumption that condo budgets are unlimited, charging inflated prices and unnecessary fees.

That’s why we started IronWest, to deliver high-quality property services at fair, transparent prices that respect operating budgets and bring more accountability to the industry.
